Shipping Information

Orders are ground shipped, emitting 84% less CO2 than air shipping.

All orders over $99, within the lower 48 states, will ship Standard Ground and usually arrive within 1-6 business days. Expedited shipping options are available when placing your order. Orders received Monday through Friday generally ship the next business day.

When can I expect my order to ship?
BedVoyage generally ships all orders that arrive prior to noon PST the same day. Any orders arriving after noon will ship the next business day.

What will my cost of shipping be?
All orders over $99 will ship for free, unless they are going outside of the Continental 48 States, in which additional charges may apply.  Orders under $99 will receive be charged at the discounted rates we have negotiated with our carriers, based on weight and shipping destination.

When can I expect my shipment to arrive?
Orders will ship from our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, NV and most ground shipments will arrive within 2-4 business days.  

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada can take 5-10 days.

These shipping times are approximations and can vary depending on weather, shipping volumes and holiday schedules.  

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can use the Shipping Confirmation that we will email you, and track your order from the link.  

What if I have an issue with my shipment?
You may refer to the tracking link in the shipment confirmation email, or if you experience difficulty with them please reach out to us, we can try to obtain delivery information for you. If you have given us incorrect shipping details and the shipment is lost, we can help to get it rerouted to you but you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
